I did an A&M topic once and I totally forgot about it <_< Anyway, I wanted to make a topic about something I learned today, but decided I was just going to make a general college topic since it was around this time last year when I make a bunch of individual topics.

Anywho, today I learned that the tune to the chorus of my school's "fight song" (sorta) was was written by Jean-Jacques Rousseau in 1752 for his opera Le Devin du Village. Kinda neat, imo.

Buying into the school spirit cheese makes life 18 times better than being a grump about it and thinking it's stupid. You just gotta drink the maroon koolaid and kick back and smile.
