If you're trying to ping 10.5.0.4, you could also type "ping 168099844" and it will do the same thing since there are 16809984 bits in the IP address 10.5.0.4.

Useless knowledge, but cool, imo.

Edit: I guess this would be converting the total number of bits to its decimal representation, not binary to decimal... but still... cool.
