I have a loaded Xbox One, and if I could give it to my brothers when I move out... that would be nice. Not planning on buying Xb1 X, but just wondering.

I doubt it. It's not a completely different console like 360, it's probably considered the same thing to MSoft

You can set one console as your "home" console.

Friend A sets Friend B's console as home.
Friend B sets Friend A's console as home.

Friend A downloads Halo: MCC digitally
Friend B downloads Fallout 4 digitally

Both Xboxes now have the opposite game as "ready to install" and they can install it just the same as if they had bought it themselves.

As for the topic question, if I'm understanding correctly, are you asking if your brothers can play the games you downloaded while you also played on another console?

If so, the answer is no. When you sign in on one console, it signs you out elsewhere. You can just do game sharing though and it should work fine.
