What did the police officer tell Ohm when he pulled him over?

Sounds like you had more than 3 hours.

get creative. I wrote in delt for delta and eps for epsilon

I dunno if I would have finished my physics major if I didn't put down formulas like that. I hate memorizing things

type in nabla or nab or upside down delta :^)

My physics II class gave us formulas for the test, but it really doesn't help that much. Rarely were problems ever plug and chug. Still have to apply the concepts to make a unique equation to fit the problem.

the university I'm at only allows scientific calculators for exams with no data storage for that exact reason

Yeah, but that's what I mean. It eventually becomes all about trying to figure out how to solve it, not just which formulas you have. I just didn't want to memorize formulas when I only care about the concepts and how to solve the problem

Lame

Do they give formulas on the test? Hell, some professors outright let us bring in a page of formulas we could make on our own because they wanted to de-emphasize memorization

Yeah we get a formula sheet but it's scant

ELI the ICE man

Voltage (E) leads Current (I) in an Inductor (L)

Current (I) leads Voltage (E) in a Capacitor (C)

IDK if you actually need to know this though, maybe just electrical engineers learn that.

Also power factor is like a measure of the gap between your current and voltage curves.

You probably don't need to know this >_>

QVpO0vR

so he solved poynting's vector first and then goes on to say that those dot products are 0 but what does that have to do with poynting's vector
