As someone who has a minor in film, I'm curious: what's your favorite film of all time?

I have a fuck ton of movies I love, but I usually tell people my favorite film is Amadeus, it's pretty fucking great.

My brother!!!!!

Who's better: Hulce or Abraham?

Gah, that's a tough call. They're both fantastic in that film. Abraham got the Best Actor win, but the Academy tends to lean towards more "serious" actors and characters. Which is a shame, because Hulce, while playing a goofy, immature character, had a pretty impressive range within the role, and did an excellent job of portraying Amadeus' struggle with his inner demons. For that, I'd probably give it to Hulce, but Abaraham was still fantastic.

I have no idea which direction is north based on where I'm facing right now, and since I'm both lazy and a dumb-dumb thus lacking an easy way to figure it out, I'll just assume north is the direction I'm facing right now.

North, my computer.

East, my Blu-Ray copy of Get Out laying on the desk over there.

South, a can of Fe-breeze.

West, an unopened can of refried beans.

Have you ever had a tipping conundrum

I don't know what this means.

Occasionally. When I first got my haircut on my own a few years ago I didn't know if I was supposed to tip the barber. Now I know.

I never stress about how much to tip though. I usually tip as much loose cash in my pocket in the $2-$5 range, and if I don't have cash/have to tip on the card I just round up to a round-ish number over $1. (If it's an $11.76 bill, I'll round it up to $14 or $15 with the tip.)

My relief for my job hasn't shown up yet/is 30 minutes late, so I'm kinda stuck here cause I'm not supposed to leave the desk unattended, and the few extra bucks is nice.

But I also don't wanna wait till like, 8 AM to make my 50 minute walk home, so I hope he shows. >_>
