That depends.

If they're attracted to drawings of characters who look underage / canonically are underage, that's not enough for me to sever a friendship over. (I still don't want to see it or hear about it.) If they go around broadcasting it though, like he shows up in a custom t-shirt of his loli waifu or whatever, that's reason enough to want to distance myself from that person.

And I don't want to be near somebody who is attracted to anything resembling a realistic child figure. Even looking past personal disgust, that one goes into territory of self-preservation. I wouldn't want to be associated with someone who is very likely attracted to the real thing.
