nah, it's Bethesda. once they announce a new game in a franchise and start up the marketing machine, the discounts get smaller for their back catalogue. They've done it with Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Dishonored, the list goes on. The new Wolfenstein games were actually $4 cheaper less than a month ago on Steam.
