Got her period finally, thought all was well


Now she's peeing frequently, foamy urine, etc, and her stomach is slightly swollen and hard behind her belly. Home tests still negative. Apparently 2 weeks before her period came she got a blood test, which came back negative, so it seems pretty early for the other symptoms + if these things were presenting the oiss test should be accurate by now. Still very worried.

I've been pulling out. A couple times I didn't because I couldn't or wasn't fast enough.

Again though, it's only like 2 weeks since her period so it seems way too early for these symptoms.

She's on the pill. Missed 2 days before the first time we had sex, missed an entire period then got it the next month. Missed 2 days about 2 days after we had sex while on said period.


I seriously don't know how she coukd even be pregnant at this point unless I have fucking eternal sperm

Really from the last ordeal and now this it sounds like she does have some sort of medical issue that could be serious.

She's seen doctors throughout all of this, right?

Does she get migraines and/or cold sweats?

I feel like they should have caught it in the pregnancy test but I dont know how all blood tests work.

Dude if you're gonna freak out every time she has general symptoms or an abnormal period (incredibly common for multiple reasons), then maybe y'all should think about better methods of protection or even abstinence.

She's been to the er a couple times for passing out from dehydration. She refuses to go to a doctor.

Then she's pretty fucking stupid. Those ER visits are a lot more expensive than a clinic trip.

Basically I've been fighting uphill and pleading for her to avoid death


That sounds like hyperbole but it isn't. I don't know what to do. Even if this resolves I'm worried she might try something. I'm not sure if I should tell her housemates or what.

She should really look into the kidney thing. If she catches it early it won't cost nearly as much in the long run.

I'm pretty fucking broke because I was an asshole who refused to go to the doctor. That's not even getting into how I need a transplant, and will have to take anti rejection pills my whole life because I waited to long before they could do anything to save them.

And I'm actually really fucking lucky because for some ungodly reason I am managing to avoid dialysis for the time being even though I only have 10% function.

I was beating around the bush before, but to be clear; she is suicidal. Medical emergencies mean very little to her atm. I am trying desperately to get her to seek professional help, making sure I check in frequently, etc.


It's fucking terrifying.
