Theoretically, couldn't some average or even ugly guy just have a few drinks with a decent looking girl, and she'd be all over him, assuming she's already taken a few shots?

Or would a girl still have some form of judgement to say "no" or think of the consequences(IE she might not find him attractive, she might have a faithful partner, etc)

Basically, even if the girl willfully drinks alcohol, wouldn't Alcohol basically be the easiest way to have with with her and that it's basically a date rape drug? Esp since a lot of states mention that you can't consent under the influence.

Only if she doesn't know she's drinking an intoxicant. Which I don't know how she wouldn't know, but that would be the only way.

You really don't. A date rape drug is one that is specifically designed to put someone into a state to be taken advantage of. You can have a few drinks and be fine. You cant have a few roofies and be good.

havent you guys ever heard stories of guys getting girls drunk so they can take advantage of them? id hear about this on the daily in college. when i was a freshman at orientation like 80% of the time was them telling the girls of the room to be conscious of how much they are drinking because of this

Women have lower tolerance than men. I might be able to be fine, but it'd take much longer for me to be under the influence or have my judgement severely impaired, compared to her.

Plus I imagine that stuff like Red Wine is stronger than just the average beer drink.
