Professor X:

I was on Magneto's side back in the day, but since the movies they both are pretty shit as far as actually accomplishing anything goes, even in what little I've seen of the comics.

I'd go with Professor X. Magneto wants to kill or convert all the humans, which leads to humans fearing the mutants.

Magneto is deeply damaged and I can see his motivations but he's wrong and plainly evil. He's no better than the people who caused him so much suffering, he's in fact a LOT worse.

Will i be a mutant? If i am, what's my powers?

If i were a mutant, i don't know if i wanted to side with either. I agree with magneto with mutants and humans not being able to ever live side by side. Then on other hand i'm not going to kill anyone or help anyone to kill anyone.
