That's the way they put it, or at least I've heard it put.

Jonestown and Jim Jones are both fascinating things.

Read this book if you're interested in more. It's by one of the reporters who was with Leo Ryan when he was shot in Guyana,

Thanks for the recommendation. I've studied Jonestown a great deal. I've listened to the tapes several times too.

It makes sense. Leo Ryan was down there on a trip because numerous citizens (constituents) asked him to go. It was an official business trip.

The term is used, but generally more with cops/military.

No problem. I got into a phase where I read a lot about this type of stuff. Ruby Ridge, Waco, etc. and various serial killers, Gacy, The Nightstalker, etc.

More than that, the word was people were being kept there against their will. He went down to see. They were. He got shot and killed, along with most of his crew trying to get like 4 people out on a little bitty airplane.

Well they say the congressman, Scalise, will be ok, as well as others who got shot. Those reports have been consistent so far.

Yeah, not to mention a broken hip. They keep saying they put a tourniquet on it, but where? I mean for a hip wound you'd basically have to strap his freaking groin.
