Also, unfortunately I had apparently watched the best musical numbers before seeing the film (Cell Block Tango, They Both Reached for the Gun, and When You're Good to Mama) which was a bit of a damper as well. Still a fun film, though. It also reminds me how John C. Reilly is a stellar talent even in a smaller role. I recall in a previous discussion somebody had mentioned wanting to hear what I thought after I finally saw it. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the appropriately cast Nick Offerman, whose previous role of Ron Swanson on Parks & Rec made him a tremendous fit.
