Sony has marketing deals for CoD WW2 and Destiny 2 and I think both of those are supposed to be native 4K on the X.

they havent said. but they did say both consoles will have Destiny 2 at 30fps.


if games are running equally between the consoles it's pretty obvious what's going on.

give me the 411 really quick....i have pc so i didnt get a ps4 or a x1....are u saying those consoles are obsolete already?

What he means is they've convinced console gamers who have no idea how hardware works that their $500 xbox is somehow going to run games at 4k 60fps and now they need an excuse when it doesn't.

basically get an x1x if you want 4k. get a pro if you wanna give sony more money

It's pretty muddy now in terms of console generations.They're essentially the same consoles with beefed up internals. They still play X1/PS4 games, use the same controllers and accessories, they do everything the same, just more pretty and a bit more quickly, and of course FOWR KAY HDEE.

This woulda been around the time a new, definitive console generation would launch, but it looks like companies would rather refresh their current products and let it move forward from there.

Kinda like cars, for example. There's facelifts and refreshes every couple years now, just with nicer, newer features on the same unibody.

And I'm not honestly considering an upgrade because console upgrades are fucking stupid as hell. That's the whole reason I pointed out how the only reason I see for the S was that it's quieter (or at least that's what I hear)

Xbox and Playstation are like two fatasses in a horse carriage complaining that the other is why they're moving so slow while the horse PC is trying its hardest to drag their fat asses.

As an owner of both systems, I still have no fucking clue where all these great exclusives everyone keeps talking about for both systems are.

Xbox is just a bunch of shooters, Playstation seems to just be niche crap or Naughty Dog for the most part.

They just run/look better on it, providing you have the right TV. It's all the same library.

Framerate isn't the only difference. Most Xbox One X games will have the same ballpark framerate as normal Xbone titles. I hope you don't expect otherwise. The console is designed to play Xbox One games at 4k. That's it.
