Was downtown just now enjoying fireworks at a party with a guy friend when a 24 year old girl just sits next to me and says hello. The girl is fine. Dressed in all black and heeled up.

Of course I play the game how it goes, and say: Damn you look good girl. She thanks me and I immediately ask for the number.

She gives then I push her waist into mine and she follows suit by laying her head on my shoulder.

We watch the fireworks.

I'll get maybe one response per 20 messages sent, if that. And the conversations i do get fizzle out, or girl stops responding.

I never get first contact sent from girls, much less attractive skinny ones that are my type. So totally a bizarre happenstance.

This girl chick I met recently, a bit over a month ago, may have killed herself two days ago. She sort of dragged me into it in a very cruel way and spoke to me right before she supposedly did it with pills and I have no way of confirming she did or not, but it appears so, and I don't believe she'd fake it. I'm thinking she's gone is or maybe being hospitalized and hopefully she will recover if so. She is/was an intense person, definitely very intelligent. Most people like that seem off to me in some way or ways and she did too, but nothing that seemed concerning. I almost don't feel like meeting people through apps and what not anymore. We weren't close but of the course the situation is weighing down on me, especially at night when it's quiet and I'm alone. I feel angry with her but at the same time it's saddening and she seemed like a very beautiful person.
