I want to change careers and I'd prefer to look into something that I can get into that just requires a cert or license, at least to start of with. I'm not opposed to going back to school for a degree but I'd prefer not to if not necessary.

I know you can become a real estate agent with just a license. I probably wouldn't mind doing that aside from the fact that it's commission based. I want a guaranteed stream of income if I'm going to start a family within the next couple of years.

PMP cert + Agile/Scrum

Care to elaborate? I have no idea what any of this means.

Project Management generally requires a PMP cert + Agile/Scrum cert and the average salary for PMP is about $90k.

I'll look into this one. I've seen it mentioned around in a few articles.

I really don't want to go from one shit job to another (literally and figuratively). I can't even say that my job is THAT bad and I could probably use the experience to find something else that pays even more. I was just seeing if I could find something that actually interests me instead of chancing on a position with another company that I might not enjoy.
