I just need a software that can limit my upload speed with because I have slow Internet and if in uploading my download speed goes to unusable shit levels.

NetBalancer worked perfectly but the trial is over so I can't use it anymore and NetLimiter is what I'm using currently and it doesn't really seem to work right for me. I can't get it to lower my upload speed any lower than 100kbps and I really need to lower it to around 75kbps which is about 50% of my max speed and seems to be where I need to keep it in order to still get reasonable download speed as well.

Any better free software out there than NetLimiter?

No I'm not torrenting anything, it's just large YouTube videos for a private channel. My internet is slow it takes hours to upload them though and atm I have roughly 250GB worth of stuff I need to slowly upload to it but my internet is completely unusable while uploading at full speed and I need to stop least still be able to stream Netflix and stuff.

If you are on Win10 you may be able to assign gaming priority to your Netflix, which will prioritize its connection. Activate Game Mode and play around with it.
