Full Throttle 06/10/17 12:38:17 AM #1:	Do you think these trailer trash deserve Prison? Yes No View Results 35 y/o Whackjob, Chauna Thompson, a Sheriff's Deputy and her husband, Terry turned themselves in after they were indicted by a grand jury for MURDER after they put a man in a CHOKEHOLD and killed him!! Chauna looked flustered as she and her husband went to the Sheriff's Office as they strangled 24 y/o, John Hernandez to death as his own 3 y/o daughter and wife WATCHED and BEGGED them to stop!! The daughter was screaming "Quit Hitting my Daddy" It happened on May 28th when John was apparently urinating outside a restaurant when Terry shouted at him to stop..a verbal exchange then turned physical as a bystander recorded the whole incident. It showed Chauna holding John's arm down with her knee and mounting her arm around his head while Terry mounted on top of him and also put his arm around his throat and put him in a choke hold for several minutes until his face turned blue!! Terry was heard on video "Do you want me to hit you againD?" and then ordered the bystanders to STOP RECORDING A denny's employee witnessed the murder and said she and other workers tried to stop the duo but they wouldn't let go. She said "We kept asking him to let go and he wouldn't. He kept holding him and holding him and will no tlet go even after he turned blue. It's wrong. He shouldn't have killed the man. No man is worth taking for the mistake. In my right mind, i wanted to do so much but i knew working for Denny's any of us could get into a lot of trouble if any of us got involved" Apparently they held him there for TEN MINUTES until John stopped breathing and appeared lifeless. Chauna was then trying to give hi CPR until paramedics arrived. John was sent to the hospital after 3 days died after doctors took him off life support. He died from anoxic encephalopathy meaning his brain was deprived of oxygen. The Thompsons are claiming they played on SELF DEFENSE as they said the vido was almost "by itself" and said it doesn't show the full story. Protests have erupted calling for justice and a fair trial since Chauna is part of the law enforcement. Do you think this Trailer Trash deserve prison? They should have screamed into the denny's for someone to help or at the very least tackle them off the guy. If I saw this happening or heard someone scream for help I would make sure to come to this man's aid.
