I really liked Jennifer Connelly as Betty.

Eric Bana's hulk is good for me. I just think people wanted an action packed hulk blockbuster than dive into a bruce banner drama movie.

Prefer the incredible hulk. Just because of tim roth really.

I like the style of angs, but the lack of a strong villain hurt it.

The villain makes or breaks a comic book movie.

Absorbing Man is great on Agents of SHIELD, but that's basically the best interpretation of the character ever.

Although that time he turned to cocaine and then people who snorted him got a bit of his powers was hilarious.

And that time he absorbed Mjolnir, then Thor just concentrated and forced Absorbing Man's body to go completely rigid and then proceeded to use him as a bludgeon on his buddies since Thor has complete control over Mjolnir.

While the complex nature of the Hulk/Banner relationship can be minded for a lot of good psyche drama and character introspection, a story writer should never forget that the reason 90% of people go to a Hulk movie is to watch him smash shit.

Ang Lee forgot that. On top of that, he didn't even have particularly good character-driven drama either. Oh and the Absorbing Man fight was terrible. The nature of his powers could lead to a pretty fun, creative fight, but nah, lets not do that.
