Should I play it or wait for the remaster. Are there major technical problems that get probably fixed with the remaster or can I just play the PS3 version?

Play it on PC, yo

Srsly though, the PS3 version has annoying letterboxing and a low framerate a lot, like, super low. It's one of few games, along with Red Dead Redemption and Lightning Returns, that was severely gimped, imo, by the PS3's hardware. I imagine the remaster fixes a lot of that though.

Wubadubadub, is that true?

I dont have a PC that can play this game.
If I knew there wiuld be a PS4 remaster I wouldnt have bought it for PS3 last week. Thats the problem right now.

I just finished the intro dungeon and this was more epic than some last dungeons of other games.
The game play is great. The letterboxes are weird and the framerate is really low as you said.
I dont know if I should continue or wait for the remaster.

Up to you, really, the performance/graphical stuff doesn't get much worse than it is now, IIRC, so I doubt you'd end up getting like 2/3 through the game only to have it suddenly get unplayable, so that's a plus. If you're really liking the gameplay, don't mind the issues too much, and don't wanna wait like 4 months for the remaster, I say continue on, and then maybe get the remaster for your next playthrough.

I don't think I am going to play this a second time. My backlog is huge and this is apparently quite a long game.
