I would be one that takes a human form that's unassuming enough that people don't think I'm a god, but also just slightly whimsical enough to make people wonder what the deal is with me.

I would end corruption. Corruption is humanity's #1 problem, that goes first. All the corrupt politicians are on an island somewhere. I don't even need to kill anyone, just force them to live with each other.

Then I would do everything else. People wouldn't even have to be afraid of crazy leaders because I'd be there in case they step out of line, or poverty because materials and food pop out of thin air when you pray for them. I limit the things I give to people so they actually have hopes and dreams and goals.

Oh, and also I don't burn people in hell for eternity for not constantly ogling me, and there's no such thing as disease and no living creature has to eat another living creature. I tell them exactly what happens when they die and don't make it some kind of sick joke.

Also, I come down just to hang out with them like Gandalf. Vote me for God.

I would choose, "I would be a kind and benevolent god and change the world how I see fit," but I'm afraid I am lying and would end up being evil because I'm evil. That's why I wouldn't want to be a god, so my other answer would be "Change me back! I never signed up for this!"

might be fun to test the upper limits of my abilities

actually figure out if the grandfather paradox is possible?
try to create the biggest rock possible then move it?

see what happens when physical and logical laws are broken
mess with causality

not sure how any of that effects the real world
I'm guessing nothing good

Then the question would be answered, God really is just one of us, a stranger on a bus...

I feel like there aren't enough people being honest about going on an extreme path of evil. Or am I just fucked up in the head?

"Good" is relative.

No matter how good your intentions may be, using overwhelming power to force the world to change in the way you see fit is being an ass.

You essentially end up being Injustice Superman, under the best of intentions, and believing himself a hero the entire time, using his powers to force humanity to behave and act in a way he sees fit that he believes is the best for them, under the threat of death.
