And even if I grant that this does happen, within some limited scope, among places mostly if not entirely in the United States (and by no means the entire US), it doesn't represent The (capital T) Justice System in principle, and broadly speaking not entirely (I'd argue not mostly) in practice. --- This album is not available to the public.
