I'm getting my bottom two removed next week and I'll be MIA from life for three days. Will probably buy a new game beforehand and play non-stop. Any tips? I hella can't wait for jello dinners.

my wisdom teeth didnt fully break through the gum line
just little pockets under the skin that ended up collecting bacteria once they finally did break through they were completely rotten which spread bacteria to spread to my other teeth no matter how much i brushed i went from having no cavities in my entire life to having a mouth full of them im still getting dental work to fix the problems my wisdom teeth caused. the worst part is that i actually put off getting one of the cavities fixed for a long time cause it stopped hurting so i didnt think it was a major problem at the time since it wasnt hurting and i had just gotten a bunch fixed. of course i was really foolish and didnt realize a cavity with no pain is a major problem cause it means its damaged the nerve. that tooth died and cause i put off getting it fixed i ended up losing that tooth luckily its just a molar so its not noticeable but its a nasty permanent reminder of how bad procrastinating can be --- yusketeer ... A couple of mine were coming in diagonal and ramming up against my established molars, and another was just a crud magnet that was already faring poorly against cavities so I had all 4 of mine removed. Took the general anesthesia route for the oral surgery
Recovery wasn't too bad, didn't get any infection/dry socket or the like. Not much pain since I had Vicodins. Worst part I remember was whenever I'd clear the saliva from around my mouth to spit/rinse out and get a taste of that rancid blood that had been sloshing around in there for awhile ... I had all four of mine taken out when I was 19
I was scared of being put under, so they gave me some novacaine, and that shit still hurt but overall, it was about a 15-20 minute procedure. the sound of them breaking my teeth was terrible, though. but I was pretty lucky, and I healed quickly, and never needed any painkillers. I had so much dang fun gettong those teeth out.
That laughing gas or whatever they gave me was something else. After giving the doc the go-ahead to take out all my wisdom teeth instead of just the one I thought I had, I don't remember much for a while but I vaguely remember a while later asking my mom if I got my teeth removed. She said "yep," which was of course a riot. But I clearly had a good time because I do remember telling the nurse "we should do this again sometime" as I was being loaded into my mom's car. She said "when you get some more wisdom teeth, we will." I told her I'll look forward to it and off we drove. I told my mom "I could use a small burger," definitely feeling up to it despite the gauze in my mouth. I settled for sitting in the car at CVS while she filled my prescription for me, because really that was just as fun. I called Mrs. DevsBro on the phone during this time (she wasn't Mrs. DevsBro yet though) and pretty much just laughed into the receiver. I do remember telling her "everything's getting funny" but not much else. Later I discovered that no, I really wouldn't be eating any small burgers for a while, but honestly the aftermath wasn't so bad. 10/10 still working on growing more wisdom teeth to do again. --- ... I had to get all 4 of mine taken out. I was put under, so didn't feel or notice a thing for the actual surgery part and it went smoothly. Got some oxycodone for the pain, which definitely ended up being necessary for me. The main thing that sucks is having the gauze in your mouth afterward, and potentially a lot of mouth bleeding.
I would say as a tip, try to keep your mouth as clean as you can and avoid messy foods that could get lodged in the sockets. I ended up getting some food particles / bacteria in one and it hurt like crazy for a couple days before I cleaned it all out. I also had like no energy to do much, so I didn't really go to work for a few days, and couldn't even really focus on games too much, so if you want to play something, maybe something that doesn't require coordination lol. Otherwise after a few days - a week you should be fine. --- This is my hole! It was made for me! ... Copied to Clipboard!
