the dust boots, "inner" tie rods and tie rod ends/ball joints all need replacing. I'm concerned about the rack hardware too since I think it's showing rust, but that may just be the tie rod connector (I need to disassemble it to be sure). I could buy OEM parts, which are expensive even with my employee discount through my dealership, or I can buy a used/reman rack from an enthusiast site for a little bit less, which comes with just about everything (and I wouldn't have to worry about my existing rack being bad). I'm leaning toward the latter, since it would be a huge bummer to buy good replacement parts only to find that I need a new rack anyway

I could take a risk and buy eBay China specials, but I've seen what happens to cheap ball joints

I need an Idler pulley for mine, my serpentine belt is fucked so no fluid gets to my power steering

luckily pullies aren't that bad. try to get it done soon though since a new power steering pump is a significantly bigger ordeal
