I don't really want to sit through BvS again, but I'm wondering if I should refresh my mind in case there's any connection between the movies?

All you need to know from BVS is that Bruce Wayne and Diana did some obligatory flirting at a Lex Luthor gala, and Bruce gave her a picture of her + steve trevor that Luthor had...for...some reason.

Yeah, there is just the picture from BvS that you see again in WW as well as when she took the picture. But that's about it.

Although, I would recommend rewatching BvS anyway, just the Ultimate Edition. A lot of the problems still persist, and nothing will make Eisenberg tolerable, but it is a better movie than the theatrical release, which I didn't hate either

It gives some things more context. It isn't a completely different movie or anything, but it does tidy things up a little. Again though, I didn't hate BvS like everyone seems to
