we had a really good program going with static testing of the motors i do V&V for.

all of a sudden some MDA idiot decides to spend millions to change the nature of the test and relocate, just as the contractor is planning on designing all their future tests after this upcoming test's design

now i am writing a 50 page white paper on "why you should spend less money" to the MDA

i just feel like i am often running after other people fixing their messes and getting shit moving correctly, and only occasionally getting to do my favorite thing, which is threat analysis with intel we get from certain countries.
