Captain Marvel, Batgirl and the Gotham City Sirens are the ones they're working on now right? That seems like a pretty decent line-up.

They could try and redeem Catwoman lol

Catwoman deserves a movie, but DC never seems to forgive characters for appearing in bad movies. I doubt Bane would have been in The Dark Knight Rises if his role in Batman & Robin wasn't so minimal.

Silver Sable would be good. I think she's stuck under Sony though so it probably won't turn out very well. I think she would fit very well.

Oh how did I completely forget about Zatanna!

I was kinda joking about Catwoman but I wouldn't mind the movie if it was a smaller scale heist/burglary movie. But I don't see them making a movie with low stakes like that.

Zatanna solo movie is already deconfimed but she's going to be in Justice League Dark

I think I remember Silver Sable being talked about with Sony so it wouldn't surprise me if that gets priority if Wonder Woman is a smash hit. They might even do a Black Cat movie lol. Sony love following trends.

Catwoman made it in TDKR after that abomination solo movie.

But they also declined to mention her by name. The posters read Catwoman, but the movie itself exclusively referred to her as Selina Kyle. There was an article referring to her as "the Cat," but that was it. No verbal mentions and no references of any kind to the full title.

I'd say that was a Nolan decision.

Hell Batman Forever generally isn't remembered fondly and they used Two-Face again. I'm sure we'll see Poison Ivy in the DCEU. I wouldn't rule out Mr Freeze either.

I doubt if we'll see Mr. Freeze. Poison Ivy is also unlikely in my opinion. (I'd say there's a 40% chance. Not impossible, but odds are less than 50/50.) Two-Face is one we'll probably see again though. Hopefully, this time around, they'll introduce Harvey Dent and turn him into Two-Face in separate films.

Considering the Gotham City Sirens movie seems to have the green light I'd say Poison Ivy is pretty likely.

I don't think it would have worked the way Nolan envisioned him, though. The first half of the movie would have had no action while Two-Face's fallen hero status was achieved.
