Big Cities do not have fresh air. They have outdoor air. I am outdoors waiting for crack cocaine fumes to diminish. How do canines work as narcotics dogs?

I cannot smell anything now. I can feel my throat burning more or burning less. Maybe the dogs are for show? An excuse to kick the door in?

In Chicago 911 does not respond unless 4 or more landlines call in so I am thinking random thoughts while waiting for the smoker or smokers to get satisfaction. At least a (horrendous) sore throat is the only ill effect. I did determine that fumes are strongest outside a certain window.

I once saw a 9 year old girl hit by a car and after an hour an ambulance showed up and took off. It was 2 hours before an ambulance picked her up.

Politically aldermen do not like busts in their wards. For the future maybe a rival will be helpful? *googles "---- rivals"*
