Some of you may remember me asking for advice about the job. Anyway, I STILL haven't had proper drop off training. Been to the class, did the modules. I let my manager know that I needed in the job training(which is what the trainer said) over a week before the due date. Didn't give it to me then, just looked at me and walked away.

Reminded him when the due date was nearing, said he'd get me trained the next day.

Next day he's not on shift, the other Pharmacist heard nothing about it.

The NEXT day, manager 1 says he told me it'd be then(he didn't), and that we were too busy for training.

Now, on my days off and past the date I told him I needed the training, he wants me to come in and try to cram eight hours of training into a fraction of that. Not only am I not keen on rushed training for what's arguably the most technical part of the job, I've put a lot of stress on some parts of my body(mainly my legs and ankles) so I was planning to stay off my feet as long as possible. I do want that training done, but I want it done properly. And I want to give my legs some time off.

tl;dr Manager didn't give me training when I needed it, suddenly wants to get me trained ASAP even if it means cutting corners. I don't wanna cut corners, my legs hurt and it's my long awaited 3 day weekend.
