Explain how pregnancy happens, how it ties into the woman's menstrual cycle, and please educate her on safe sex practices. If she wants to have sex, she'll do it regardless of whether or not she knows about condoms and how they work. At least give her the information to protect herself.

I'm more concerned with whether or not she would go around telling people that I said this considering that her parents are crazy people always looking for a confrontation and most of my family in general are judgemental pricks who relish in embarrassing people. I understand it's a difficult position, as a man, because even the slightest hint of impropriety can ruin your life. Do you have a girlfriend or a female friend who could talk to your cousin instead?

I kind of have an idea on what I would tell her. Yadda yadda, it feels different for different people. Yadda, yadda, yadda, wait until you're the right age and ready with someone that you're comfortable with. Yadda, safe sex, yadda yadda, don't let people (especially the kids you'll meet in high school) take advantage of you.

And I'll take a page outside of Hammer's book and tell her to look up some stuff on Google (there's a lot of room for errors there though, so I have to choose my words carefully).
