Everything I say is fair-minded and not critical of how you live your life.

...

But even I have limits. Anyone who buys Mario x Rabbids is a fucking casual who is killing gaming.

lol @ "killing gaming"

There are problems within the industry, no doubt about that. But gaming is flourishing. It's a great time for creators and consumers alike. There's literally something for everyone's tastes, especially if you're open minded and willing to look around into indies and platforms outside of your comfort zone. There's new games every week, sometimes dozens. Sure, there a lot of forgettable or even outright garbage games out there, but if you can't find a handful of games a year to keep you occupied and entertained, the problem is you, not the industry.

On top of this, we know next to nothing about Mario x Rabbids. Haven't even seen a trailer yet, I don't think. This sort of pre-judgmental, anti-creativity, elitist attitude is more detrimental to gaming than anything developers are doing these days (although maybe not as desperate as some publishing practices). I thought Kingdom Hearts looked stupid when I first saw it, but after playing it I found it enjoyable.

But whatever, you do you. Pretty much in line with half of the internet that's programmed to hate everything from the get-go. Not surprising.
