Mainly know it from the radio guys specifying Kalida with a K to differentiate from Elida during school delays and closings when I was a kid... and I think I have a coupon for Dick's Steakhouse somewhere. I was pretty shocked when there was a topic here years ago about cool abondoned places and someone mentioned the old TB hospital in the middle of the woods here in Lima.
