Would something like this matter to you? I was watching this youtube channel called the austin atheist connection and one of the chick hosts said something like that would be a "deal breaker" for her.

and I'm neither so we would probably have more disagreements than just on evolution

It would only happen due to underlying beliefs that would doom the relationship. I'm very chill. I can pretty much deal with whatever. I'm also not religious though. Anyone who denies evolution is likely to be not super chill and thus wouldn't want me.

As a note, I'm married anyway. My wife has a similar religious background to me, having been raised Christian but not believing now. She had a more liberal and accepting background and thus had positive experiences with religion. I however come from fundamentalists. I don't recommend that particular brand of crazy. It doesn't do good things to the mind.

I mean, if they can take an alternative interpretation of the facts, that's fine - I enjoy argumentation.

But if they just wholesale ignore facts, that's dumb.

Of course, that still wouldn't be a dealbreaker

The first time I even met my neighbour the first thing they brought up was if I believed in god and/or evolution... and it was a weird convo too 'cuz she phrased it like "Do you, well, y'know?... like, think that people came from monkeys?" and I had to respond like "no, we have a common ancestor, and I think you mean Apes"
