I basically can catch flies and mosquitos mid flight with 1 hand, thanks to my years and years of gaming.

Flies are harder, they have good reflexes and change direction easily, but they are easier to spot since they are the bigger target.

Mosquitos are easier because they arent as fast and have worse reflexes, but since they are smaller, it is harfer to spot them especially in dim lit room.

Although i hslave been lucky enough to catch few in a dark room only with phone lihht and sound

quite good, above average for sure.

Not great. It got worse when I lost some peripheral vision. I can still catch a ball and shit but it's far from ideal.

I can throw a quarter up and shoot it no problem.

I can do a handstand one pinky push up.

I can have a greater than 50% success rate of catching a lightly tossed baseball from three feet away.
