I think I'd always go Nintendo in this bracket except for the PS2, PSX against some things, maybe the Xbox 360 could knock off like the 3DS... and obviously the Virtual Boy is the exception to the rule.
I'd say the DS is at the top of the handheld totem pole but even so the NES has enough nostalgia to barely edge it.
