Which is best?

Now it's on. The best of Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon's history against each other. I've included three live action shows, if you don't like it, too bad. I'm fairly confident these are the best and most memorable of these network's original programming. Which side will be the last one standing?

I thought Kablam would have won at least one round.

Jimmy Neutron was pretty good. I still remember a few episodes but I think I got tired of it and stopped watching it after a few seasons.

From what I saw of it, it looked okay but I enjoyed Cow & Chicken more.

Wait, are we voting on a spinoff of Jimmy Neutron?

I think he's referring to Planet Sheen? In general, the first show was a spinoff of a film.

I actually didn't know that. I thought the film was based off the show.

Hell, I even saw it in theaters!

I liked Jimmy Neutron, though the show relied too much on super villains near the end of its run.

I hate Jimmy Neutron.

I don't know why. It's a good show. I just didn't enjoy it as a kid, and I was always reluctant to watch it (Only did when there was nothing else on)

To be fair, I only just learned that myself today after checking the wikipedia entry because I didn't really follow the show or pay attention to the film. Granted, it's possible that I knew the film was first because, after all, that's usually more likely.

Eh, I'd say it's about even.

Animated TV shows get movies all the same. Even if half the time, those "movies" are just hour+ long episodes without an actual theatrical release.

I'm only talking about theatrical releases, though, and those are pretty damn rare. There have only been a handful of toons which got the big screen treatment, such Mask of the Phantasm for Batman:TAS (which later got several direct-to-video movies) and the Carebears films. Granted, a few of the more "mature" cartoons also got films like Beavis and Butthead Do America (which was awful), Simpsons, and the South Park Movie.

Usually cartoons are spun off films, including live action ones like The Mask and Ace Ventura. The same is true of normal tv shows where it's more likely to see a movie become a show than the reverse (even years after the fact, like with Lethal Weapon, Rush Hour, Taken, etc), although you notably have Star Trek movies

I'm pretty shocked at the results here.

People watched Jimmy Neutron? The average age of the users here puts most of us out of it's demographic.
