The thought of no longer existing is something my mind rejects, yet the thought of me existing for eternity is also terrifying. That's not even truly considering Heaven or Hell. Just... always being around, what would I even do? Would I remember anything of my life in this realm? Would I get bored? You are only really defined by the things you acquire in your life, memories included. It's like if your house burns down, you lose a lot of things. Felt like death was passing through a door into a black room that could contain literally anything, and I was not okay with that Somehow currently I'm convinced it'll be painless at least. I don't love the idea of ending but I guess I've progressed to acceptance for some reason. Improved mental health maybe --- You did indeed stab me in the back.
