good for you. I knew a guy at the gym like you and he kept with it and lost about 150lbs.

it was cool seeing him progress month to month and you literally see it in his face how much better he feels.

lol when I first started keto, I was also doing that 1 gallon of water a day challenge.

I was pissing every 5 minutes. I pissed so much my urethra was hurting.

no, what would kill a person is burgers, pizza, fried chicken etc... but do make sure you're getting your omega 3 fatty acids; very good for cholesterol.

that's cool though i prefer to get it through foods... mackerel, salmon and olives being my favorite!

I've got a bunch of frozen salmon fillets in the freezer right now. never tried mackerel... not even sure where I'd find it in this town

Yeah, I remember that too. I had put on a solid 15 pounds my senior year of HS from drinking all the time and wanted to lose that before college. I bought a few bottles of Xendarine (with ephedra) and lost 20 pounds before the end of the summer (and this was a lot for me, since I was still in decent shape even before that). I had never lost weight so quickly and with so little effort.

Of course, like with everything that's actually effective, some people can't handle it/take too much, and ephedra ended up getting banned. Now you need doctors who are basically drug dealers to get it.
