I don't know why it's so much louder today than ever. It basically sounds like a big storm is happening outside my room that starts and stops every 15 seconds.

If it was a calming noise, I wouldn't mind it, but the irregularity makes it hard to bear. I've got earplugs in too but it cuts through it.

He's already pretty annoyed with me so I don't feel like complaining about his fan right now...

No, it's something on his desk. He doesn't use the ceiling fan because he has this way-better thing.


Ah, gotcha. I've installed a few Haiku fans that have a "woosh" setting that randomly speeds up/slows down the fan to mimic a breeze, that's why I was curious
