Those games were really bad but everyone still played them because Simpsons were huge at the time. Same with the Beavis and Butthead game really.

I'd say Road Rage is the first genuinely decent Simpsons game, but otoh I haven't played every obscure handheld game so maybe there's something older.

I remember renting Bart vs. the Space Mutants and not being able to get past the first level. We owned Bart vs. the World and I was eventually able to beat it with all the Krusty items for the good ending.

I forgot about Krusty's Funhouse. Pretty good game from what I remember. I think I only got about halfway through before I ragequit though.

What was the one where the first level was spray painting stuff red? That one was difficult AF. I barely got through the 2nd level as a kid.
