You don't have to tip the bathroom attendant, but I make a habit of it. The perks of being a habitual tipper make bathroom visits much more fun ;)

I've only seen a restroom attendant once in my life. He was basically just a guy holding a towel...a bent piece of metal with 4 screws could do his job.
