I'm not a big fan of Star Ocean's style of "open world" gameplay....

Giant maps with resources points are NOT fun.

star ocean 1 2 and 3 however are worth playing
4 and 5 are not

I dunno I'm trying.to play SO2 right now and man is it rough.

I mean gameplay wise it's fine but ten hours in and still not one interesting thing has happened. I guess that "random" tidal wave which will no doubt turn out to not be random was at least mediocre instead of flat-out boring.
