3/10 -- top spot goes to Ratchet & Clank. Panzer Dragoon Orta was a disappointment, the final standard Might and Magic (IX) was released and is apparently a buggy mess, I had zero interest in Heroes of Might and Magic IV because of the changes they made to the basic formula.

So Gen 3 of pokemon (which I think sucked)
Digimon World 3 which I didn't enjoy too much, got bored almost immediately and never finished playing.
Then we get to Morrowind, one of the best games ever made.
I didn't play FFXI until years later and could only find it vastly inferior to WoW, not a fair assessment admittedly.
Suikoden 3 is a solid game.
Summoner 2 was enjoyable, though I did like it less than the first.
Unlimited Saga, the worst game (by far) I have ever personally played.
Warcraft 3, my favorite RTS and a game I have super fond memories of with all the custom maps. I played this game for years because of that.
Wild Arms 3 Great game.

Didn't play any of the rest on the list.

As a WTF note there Donald Trump had a game this year. Also there was a game called "ethnic cleansing" on that list. I'm amused.

I won't lie I almost just popped in here saw people posting a bunch of games I didn't care about and was about to low ball rate it forgetting this year had super heavy weights like Morrowind and WC3.
