I'll expand on both

1) TL;DR responsible drinking happens everyday

In the first option, basically everybody drinks (Not to the point where it's abused) but more like it's way more socially acceptable to go to a bar and grab a drink/wings/food etc. Of course people aren't going to be as in shape as if they did not drink everyday, but I don't want them to be super fat/unhealthy. Sort of like everybody is a around normal/overwight BMI. You can still work out but it's more attractive to be social and drink as opposed to focusing heavily on looks. Also the legal age to drink is now 16. FYI not everyone will get blackout drink in this scanerio, just think of it as everybody drinks responsibly on a daily basis (you can still get fucked up though).

2) TL;DR the world becomes a bunch of health nuts

In this scenario everybody would be at a fit and healthy BMI only; it's very rare to be overweight. Alcohol isn't illegal but drinking it is looked down upon so it happens much less frequently. When going out people focus more on dancing and social aspects (talking to one another). So basically more open to conversations without the alcohol. Gym time/Physical Activity is promoted much more than it is now for schools.

Just curious, I'd love to live in A, life would be more fun imo

Option B is missing the parts where everyone is a hipster vegan who vapes and only drinks gluten free water and eats gluten free foods made with natural electrolytes.
