i think what you have in general
is majority privilege in many countries in some ways (this can be good or bad).
also class privilege.

although many of the leaders in power (banking, politics, lobbies) are a minority.
so it gets confusing.

a) He relies on strawman arguments and hyperbolic statements, and
b) He doesn't know much (if anything) about other races or race relations
