Yea I said it back in February.
So I'm thinking of doing it, I make 33k most places are around 700 to 900, can I do it?

Also how long would this take, I contacted one apt complex and they said they are taking appointments for applications in October.

Um car insurance, gas, food, cell phone (35 a month), netflix, wwe network, would have to get internet.

That's about it.

I didn't get along with my father to well when living in the same house, so moving out was a good thing.

make sure you have the place before jumping ship obviously if want to move....

with that income should be fine (nearly 3k a month) rents only taking 33% of it.

After taxes is more like 2k a month, if that (get paid biweekly)

I need privacy, i live with my parents, while we get along, tired of them being in my way.
And my sister, who's been horrible, its always odd when I have to go out, say on a date (shes single) and she texts me "gross".

Straight out of college I was making 30k and found a place for 1k, everything included (heat, water, cable, electric)

It was in some Ukrainian lady's basement but it was entirely redone and I had over 900 sq feet. Sucked during the summer due to being sub level and not many windows but that just motivated me to go out more
