This causes envy and admiration out of peers whereas "settling" for a short guy also speaks about the woman. I've mainly tried with girls significantly shorter than me, like 5'0"-5'2" and they still want a guy that's a foot taller. If you're a short guy try dating a girl that's like 5'10" and up.
