Muscles topic.

Never. You will never adjust to only 4 hours of sleep. Your body needs more than that.

It won't. That is not enough rest.

You'll be able to mitigate the fatigue for a long time with caffeine or other things, but it will gradually wear on you more and more until it begins to have an effect on your mental and physical well being.

It's less 'adjust to' and more 'reluctantly put up with'

You'll probably find yourself having one day of long sleep every 1-2 weeks.

We'll for this up coming week (both jobs are scheduled wed-thu)

7-4 today at the 2nd job, 7-4 tomorrow at the 2nd job then 4 to close (close is 9 then whatever time to clean everything) at my main job, same thing Friday, Saturday is 4-close at my main job, Sunday is 7-4 at my main job, off both monday then 7-4/4-close Tuesday

It's usually like that but the days off change

I run on 4 hours of sleep most of the time. I generally go to bed at about 11-11:30 and wake up at 3:30 to 4am.

Last Sunday I went to sleep at 2am with no alarm. Up at 6am.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to work 2 jobs if it meant only getting 4 hours of sleep a night.

Some times it's the only way to make ends meet. I worked from 5am-3:30 at one job, then 4-10 at a second job for awhile. I basically would go home, relax, and pass out.

My suggestion:

Don't work 2 jobs that will have you grinding the rest of your life away just to stay afloat. Life's too short for that shit.

Perhaps find someone-- a friend and/or roommate-- who would be willing to go halfsies on a decent apartment. This way, you could use your time to work 1 job while going to school for something actually marketable.
