I just cut 21 inches off a few weeks ago, so I just started to regrow it.

Been growing mine for a few years. It's about halfway down my back now. I had to have 2 inches trimmed off recently to remove split ends and shit but otherwise it's going good. Only damn problem is the front isn't growing as fast as the back and I can't get it all pulled back into a tail. Hair in my face drives me batshit

What do you use for shampoo/conditioner and how often do you wash it? Odds are if you use better quality product you can get it to thicken up nicely

Yes and no...
I don't know about all the service requirements but in the Navy, a woman's hair can't go past the "bottom" of the collar on the back (so about down to the shoulder). If her hair is longer than that then she is required to roll it in a bun.

It's always weird when you work with a woman for a year and she's always got her hair bunned up and then you go to a social event in civvies and her hair is like two feet long and you're like w t f

Mine's about medium length. I won't cut it until I start losing it

I agree entirely but what can you do... kinda of expect it when you sign up.

I grow it out then donate when it is long enough but I guess now the owners of the hotel I work at are being assholes and don't want me to grow it out anymore.

shampoo is some idk stuff that, for conditioner i'm using some fancy-ass tea tree oil stuff that a friend didn't like.

i don't think any amount of shampoo will bring my high school hairline back, ha.

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood. Didn't realize you meant thin hairline, I thought you meant your hair its self was thin. Mine was like that, which caused it to break easily, until I got some better product. The difference is amazing. The shit's not even expensive either, like $7 a bottle.
