Nah gender matters a lot. You're right on that if you have a penis you're biologically a man and if you have a vagina you biologically a woman (unless you're an extremely rare outlier of course) but that doesn't mean gender doesn't matter. That's like saying "sexual orientation and sexual prefers doesn't matter. A man with I penis is biologically designed to do nothing but it his penis in a vagina, and a woman is biologically designed to do nothing but take a penis in her vagina. Any other form of sex isn't​ relevant to biology, therefore it doesn't matter."
