Just about any sports/fighting/racing game you might be interested in, Rocket League, Madden, NBA 2k, FIFA, WWE 2k, MLB The Show, Mortal Kombat, Need for Speed 2015, The Crew, etc.
GTA V Plenty of FPS titles Doom, Wolfenstein The New Order, Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1. I'd person highly recommend 7 Days to Die. There is a learning curve at first but once you have that down it's completely pick up and play, it's incredibly addicting though so even when you do have plenty of free time you can still play for longer.
